Camp Uke is back and better than ever!
If you know a youth in grades 3-8 who loves music, making friends, and wants to make the most of their summer, have them check out Camp Uke! Students of all experience levels will learn the basics of the ukulele: chords, strumming, maybe even some special arrangements and finger picking. At the end of the semester we’ll all participate in a concert for our friends and families hosted by First Lutheran Church.
Along with our music lessons, we’ll spend time making art, playing games, and talking about what “peace” means in our world. Lunch and snack will be provided.

I wanted to express my gratitude for Camp Uke. My son, Sky, had a wonderful week with you all. We enjoyed everything from the friendly welcome by the staff on the first day that instantly put my son at ease to the fun recital on the last day. Some things my son particularly enjoyed was the engineering, learning new songs, the snacks and the water balloon fight! It was a memorable week and sparked joy back into learning music! I found my son practicing on his ukulele in the evening unprompted. We definitely plan to come back for lessons in the Fall and next summer for camp.
Camp Uke welcome students of all religions, races, classes, sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions.
Registration is $100. A $25 deposit is due at the time of registration.
Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee your spot in the program.
Ukuleles will be provided if needed. Lunch and snack are provided for all.
