Join First Lutheran Malden to celebrate Christmas this season! We have 3 worship services:
- Family-friendly Christmas Eve Service: Dec 24th from 4:30pm-5:30pm
- Christmas Eve Worship: Dec 24th from 10:30pm-11:30pm
- Christmas Day Worship: Dec 25th from 9:45am-10:45am
Christ is born this day, for you. Celebrate Christmas with children and adults of all ages before sitting down for supper.
Our worship at 4:30pm is designed to be particularly friendly to children. We retell the Christmas story with the figures in the nativity scene, walk around the sanctuary, sing, and light battery operated candles together. Hear the story of Jesus’ birth with new ears. Celebrate what it means to welcome God as a newborn baby, wrapped in swaddling clothing and laid in a manger.
Celebrate Christmas with carols, candles in darkness, Holy Communion, and the ever-new story of the birth of Jesus Christ.
Christ is born today! Gather for worship at 9:45am on Christmas morning as we celebrate the birth of Jesus. We’ll sing all our favorite Christmas carols and gather for Holy Communion, where everyone is welcome at the table.
